Board of Elections – County of Saratoga, New York

The Saratoga County Board of Elections is a bipartisan department vested with the responsibility for administration of elections in Saratoga County. In addition to administrative duties, the Board is charged with the preservation of citizen confidence in the democratic process and enhancement of voter participation.

Please be assured that the County Board of Elections and State Board of Elections do not send out text messages. Voter registration status can always be confirmed directly with the County Board or State Board of Elections. Voters should not click on any links sent via text or email and should always report any suspicious activity to the County Board of Elections.

Notice to Military & Overseas Absentee Voters:
While you may submit your Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) electronically, we must also receive the original application with your signature in order to open and canvass your ballot. It is recommended that you include the original application in the return envelope provided to you along with your sealed ballot. Please do not put the application in the sealed ballot envelope.

All voters may vote at any poll site.
All poll sites are accessible to voters with physical disabilities.

Voters who cast a ballot during Early Voting will not be allowed to vote on Election Day.

Voters who have applied for an Early Vote by Mail or Absentee Ballot are not permitted to vote on the voting machines, but may be issued an Affidavit Ballot.
